I have lots of people ask me about the gfcf diet that our family is on. Now, I personally am not all that strict with the casein, but I HAVE to be conscious of the amount of gluten I intake. I know certain foods that I can cheat with and not have devastating effects, but even those I keep to a minimum. We let The Younger cheat on the gluten as well, but seeing that he probably has a touch of ADHD, we do limit it. As for The Elder, we rarely cheat and if we do we try to do it when nothing pressing is about to occur in the next 3 days. Though sometimes it is either gluten or starve. Those times we are kicking ourselves for not packing extra snacks!

So I started updating the more info link to this blog to include gfcf foods that we like (the prepackaged kind, you’ll have to see better blogs for the kind you have to cook). That way I don’t have to remember and I can just send this link to people! (Smarter not Harder right?)

I also included a list of plugins that I use.

Hopefully The Hub will help me expand the list as I know I’m forgetting a lot of them.
