The Lavender and the epsom salts work well. We have a hanky with lavender stashed inside the pillow slip ( this also works well if you know you are going somewhere during the day that may be unsettling or stressful).

We give Epsom salt baths all the time. They are supposed to sit in them for 20 minutes, and they help with the sulfuration process as well as detoxification. There are also magnesium sulfate creams. However, for bedtime, our absolute must have is melatonin!

Thanks for joining in!

I would not have him ingest it but would put some in his bath at night. It's a lovely way to help pull out toxins in a very gentle way. I would also get some high quality chamomile and put that in his bath and in a diffuser to help him sleep. There are a few homeopathy things you can do as well.
